Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful order confirmation.
  • Orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During sales, promotions, or high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery times are:

- Karachi: 1–3 business days
- Other Cities: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service, destination, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Charges

Within Karachi

- Cash on Delivery (COD): PKR 250

Outside Karachi

- Cash on Delivery (COD): PKR 400

Shipping charges will be displayed or communicated at the time of placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the information provided during checkout.

You can use the tracking details to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your name, phone number, and complete delivery address are correct before placing your order.

True Fabric is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or failure to respond to the courier, the order may be returned to True Fabric.

Additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be shipped again.
